• Files transferred via the portal will be highly compressed to .ds2 or .dss format
  
  
• Files can be transferred via email or FTP server to your nominated support person(s); if they are users of Olympus AS-7000 or AS-5000 Transcription software files will automatically be received into their typist trays. 
  
  
• Enhanced Security - The Olympus Dictation App lets users encrypt files and modify metadata directly on their smartphone.
  
  
• Full Editing - Insert and Overwrite into dictation to create accurate dictation.
  
  
• Author ID set your name or unique identification
