The RS-28 will work only if you have correctly licensed Transcription software installed on your PC.  If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

If you wish to setup a new Secretary with Digital Transcription, please look at our AS-2400, AS-5000 or AS-7000 Transcription Kits, which come with a PC Headset, a Foot Control and Olympus Transcription Software.

The RS-28 can also be used with the DS-4000/DS-5000, to provide hands free recording when the DS-4000/DS-5000 is docked in the cradle. Foot Control settings can be customised within the DSS Player Pro R5 software.

The RS-28 is made to connect to a PC, and is not compatible with Tape Transcribers.
