Before you Purchase online...

Please check to ensure the product(s) you are purchasing are correct and appropriate for the purpose for which you require them. Check the products Technical Specifications to ensure software compatility with your operating system - if in doubt, please call us on

Regretfully we cannot accept goods for return once they have been opened and/or installed or are simply no longer required. All goods are sold in "New Condition" as such we are unable to accept any item deemed to be "used" or returned with damaged packaging.

Returns Policy
If you do need to return an item, please contact our office to obtain a 'Returns Authorisation Order'.  We will require from you details of your purchase and the reason for its return.  

Shipping
Orders are shipped NZ wide via overnight courier - for this reason we ask that you provide a street address.  Small, inexpensive items such as headsets & cables may be sent to a postal address.  Sorry, but we do not ship overseas.

If we are unable to supply your order immediately, a member of our team will email you with notification and an expected delivery date.
